Welcome!

If you find yourself here you probably already know who we are.  For those who don't, we are a boutique company (that's marketing speak for small) and we specialize in the complete renewal of small homes like condos and townhouses.

The homes we purchase each get a total (stem to stern) overhaul.  From redesign right through complete renovation, we take properties that have seen better days and are in need of some serious love, and we...well...give them some serious love.  

We have three pretty simple goals for these homes.  To give them a second life, to make them as beautiful as possible and to leave them more energy and water efficient than we found them.  Win, win, win.
